There are various options for membership of the DKV.
Selection

Individuals who support the aims of the DKV can become ordinary members. The annual fee for a VDI member is € 90. If you are already a member of a technical-scientific association such as VDE or a member of DVT, ASHRAE or IIR, the annual membership fee is also € 90, so-called double memberships.
Companies, organizations and individuals can become supporting members. The amount of the annual membership fee is determined by the sponsoring members themselves. The minimum contribution is € 200
Corporate members are institutes or associations that work in the field of refrigeration technology and refrigeration applications, heating or air conditioning technology and whose business operations are not aimed at making a profit.
Students at universities, colleges, universities of applied sciences and academies can become student members for the duration of their studies. Membership is free of charge for this period and is confirmed annually by the student certificate. The obligation to pay membership fees for the respective year is waived if proof is provided that the student is still studying. After the end of your studies, your membership becomes a regular membership if it has not been terminated in writing. Half the membership fee is charged for the first two years of employment.
